Make a little “well” in the center of your tongue to hold the supplements. Pour a comfortable amount of supplement beads into the “well” and swallow with a sip of water. Repeat the process until you’ve taken all the supplements in your pod. Do not chew your supplements or mix them in water beforehand.

Here are some sample strategies you can experiment with or work with your coach to create a tiny habit that supports making taking supplements part of your routine.
- If you need or want to take your supplements with food, keep your supplement bottles or weekly pill organizer on the counter in your kitchen or on your table to help you remember to take them at meal or snack times.
- Need to take your supplements on the go? Please place them in a mini-container or snack baggie and stash them in your backpack.
- Set a daily recurring alarm on your smartphone to remind you to take them.
- Download a reminder app (such as Dosecast or Pillboxie) and set it to ping you on your smartphone when it’s time to take them.
- Place a sticky note on your bathroom mirror or kitchen cabinet.
- Do you have another daily routine you never forget? Moisturizing your face? Making your morning smoothie? Daily journaling? Take your supplements at that time, also.
Every patient’s body is different. We will continue to evaluate your nutrient and inflammation levels through labs. Based on those results, we can reconsider your supplement routine. Continue to discuss your supplements with your provider to ensure we develop the right plan for you.
Yes! The supplement pods are both gluten-free and dairy-free.
You may also be prescribed fish oil. Our fish oil supplements are also gluten-free and dairy-free.
