Convenient access

Your health coach works with your infectious disease provider to help you manage symptoms and make lifestyle changes with nutrition, supplements, health tracking tools, and more.

You and your care team will create a treatment plan together and build a long-term health partnership.

Hepatitis C and HIV are common blood-borne and/or sexually transmitted infections with effective treatment and prevention options. Your Infectious Disease specialist will help you lower your risk, review your labs, and create a treatment plan. Our team will support you with medication access and coordination with your primary care physician—or help you find one for ongoing support.

How AndHealth cares for you

Step 1
Detailed new patient phone call

Your first step is a new patient intake call to review your medical history, insurance, and diagnoses such as HIV and Hepatitis C to determine which AndHealth services make the most sense for you.

Step 2
Initial specialist appointment

During your first visit, you’ll meet with your infectious disease provider to review current symptoms and labwork to determine if additional testing is needed. A clinical pharmacist may join the appointment to discuss your prescriptions.

Step 3
Comprehensive care

Your infectious disease provider will collaborate with the other members of your AndHealth care team—your clinical pharmacist and your primary care physician—to create your personalized care plan.
