Initial specialist appointment

During your first 45-minute visit, you’ll meet with your rheumatologist or dermatologist to review current symptoms and determine if additional testing is needed. A clinical pharmacist may join the appointment to discuss your prescriptions.

Online + in-person appointments available!

Note: Virtual appointments will incorporate lab work, imaging, and on-camera reviews to ensure all symptoms related to your condition are thoroughly assessed, similar to an in-person visit.

Follow-up appointments

Your rheumatologist or dermatologist will collaborate with the other members of your care team — your pharmacist, MD/NP, health coach and patient navigator — to create your personalized care plan. They’ll consider:

  • Prescription medications
  • Supplements and nutrition
  • New at-home habits, such as gentle movement and stress reduction
  • Coaching to help prioritize and pace your care plan to make changes
  • Help with lab work, transportation, food access, and insurance authorizations
