We understand that chronic condition management is very expensive for diagnosed people and their families. Your care team will always help you know the cost of treatment and work to make sure your OOP (out-of-pocket) is as low as possible for the treatment and medication you need.

Yes! You can use your HSA/FSA to cover copays for provider visits, prescriptions, and lab work, if needed.
You’ll have visits with your care team virtually, with the option to take your appointment from home or using technology available at a health center near you. Labs and other testing will be done in-person at a facility near you.
Yes! We encourage you to continue seeing any provider who supports you in your care. We’re also happy to collaborate with your existing care team on your new treatment plan.
If your provider determines that a prescription is appropriate for your care and your goals, they can write and manage it for you.
