We’re looking forward to seeing you for your upcoming infusion appointment. Here’s everything you need to know before your visit—from parking and directions to what to expect during your infusion.

We're here for you

Our goal is to make your infusion experience calm, supportive, and stress-free. If you have any questions before your appointment, please reach out through the AndHealth app.

Before you arrive:

  • Bring a photo ID and insurance information
  • Stay hydrated the day before and the day of your infusion
  • Contact your Health Coach through the AndHealth app if you have questions, need to reschedule, or want to arrange transportation

Need a ride?

If you prefer not to drive, we can help. Message your Health Coach in the AndHealth app before your appointment, and we’ll arrange transportation for you through Uber or Lyft.

Rides are available both to and from your infusion appointment.

Parking & directions

A parking garage is located directly off Lane Avenue. You may park in any space marked “Short Term Parking.”

From the parking garage:

  • Take the elevator in the garage to the 10th floor
  • Turn right off the elevator, then right again to reach Suite 1025

Because exterior signage is still being finalized, please follow these directions closely. Our team will be there to greet you when you arrive.

What to expect

You’re welcome to bring a book, tablet, or headphones to stay comfortable and entertained. We offer coffee, water, and light snacks, and you’re also welcome to bring your own.

Your infusion appointment will include:

  • Setup: ~30 minutes before your infusion begins
  • Infusion time: About 1 hour
  • Observation: 30–60 minutes afterward to ensure you feel well before leaving
