Alison was diagnosed with migraine at the age of 12. At this age, it was difficult to receive treatment. She experienced trial and error with neurologists, EEG testing, various medications and biofeedback techniques, until she ultimately learned to “live & cope with migraine”. Alison had been experiencing multiple migraine headaches per month, even while taking Excederin, and being prescribed metoprolol and rizatriptan. As she began working with AndHealth, she made small, impactful habits to address stress and implement behavioral changes.
Better outcomes are possible when we treat the whole-person and not just symptoms.
