How much of the program cost is covered by my health benefit?
Cost-sharing for physician visits, lab work and prescriptions will apply per your medical and pharmacy benefits. Other program features like wearable devices, food delivery, supplements etc. will be provided to the patient at no cost as part of the patient’s treatment plan.
