What insurances are accepted?
AndHealth accepts many forms of commercial and private insurance, including Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual, Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Oscar, Ohio Health Choice, Ohio Healthy, MediGold, Devoted Health, HealthSmart, and Custom Design Benefits.

Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes! You can use your HSA to cover copays for provider visits, prescriptions, and lab work, if needed.
Will my visits be in-person or virtual?
You’ll have visits with your care team virtually, with the option to take your appointment from home or using technology at a health center near you. Labs and other testing will be done in-person at a facility near you.
Do you write prescriptions?
If your provider determines that a prescription is appropriate for your care and your goals, they can write and manage it for you.
Does AndHealth offer a sliding fee scale?
The AndHealth access service can be made available on a sliding fee scale to the covered entity’s community. The disease reversal program is not covered by health insurance plans and is offered to all patients who meet the clinical eligibility criteria at a zero-dollar cost share.
