Our doctors treat conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. You’ll have access to a care team of specialists, including a Rheumatologist or Dermatologist, Pharmacist, Nutritionist, as well as a Health Coach and Patient Navigator, providing team-based care in a collaborative environment.

Here’s what to expect

Your first appointment

During this 60-minute doctor appointment, you’ll discuss your condition, review current symptoms, and determine if testing is necessary to get a full picture of your health.

Remember this is a collaborative visit

Bring questions for your provider and think about your “why”. Your why is what motivates you for getting better.

Thorough lab testing

Your provider will order lab work to evaluate your health levels to guide the personalized care plan they will create for you.

Get your personalized care plan

Your provider will create a care plan for you based on lifestyle and environmental factors which could include medication, supplements, nutrition, sleep, movement, hydration, and stress reduction. They also work to make sure you always have access to your medication.

Regular communication with your care team

Throughout your treatment, your specialists regularly meet to discuss your progress, to collaborate on your treatment, and to adjust your plan. Your health coach and patient navigator are your dedicated resources to help you implement lifestyle changes and answer questions.

How does AndHealth treatment work?

Our care team spends time with you to create a highly personalized approach to specialty care. We treat the whole person by finding and addressing the root cause(s) of your condition and its impact on how you feel.

What other benefits are included?

As a patient, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan, access to providers, who collaborate with expert specialists, health coaching, supplements, medication management, and virtual visits + real-time messaging.

What is the cost of treatment?

Health coaching, supplements, wearable health monitoring devices, meals (when applicable) are included at no cost. Provider visits, lab work, x-rays, and medication are subject to insurance copays.

How do you work with my current specialist?

This program was not designed to replace your specialist, but to enhance what you may already be doing to address your condition. We’re happy to collaborate on your treatment!

Will visits be in-person or virtual?

You’ll have visits with your care team virtually. Labs and other testing will be completed onsite at a location that is convenient and cost-effective to you.

What insurance to you take? Is mine in network?

We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurance. We are also here to support you if you do not have insurance.
